Eligibility as on 01/08/2020

  • Candidates Should Have Passed Class 12th Examination from a Recognized Board.
  • Those Candidates who are Successfully Passed Online Examination will be Shortlisted for Skill Test for Stenography. They will be provided Dictation for 10 Minutes in English or Hindi with Speed 100 WPM for Grade-C and 80 WPM for Grade-D. Stenography Test will be taken on Computer.

Age Limit as on 01/08/2020

  • Minimum Age :- 18 Years

Maximum Age :-

  • Stenographer Grade-C :- 30 Years for Stenographer Grade-C (Born Between 02/08/1990 and 01/08/2002)
  • Stenographer Grade-D :- 27 Years for Stenographer Grade-D (Born Between 02/08/1993 and 01/08/2002)

Relaxation : SC/ST – 5 Years, OBC-3 Years, PWD-10, 13 & 15 Years

Photograph

  • Photograph Should Not Be More than 3 Months Old from Date of Publication of Notice.
  • Date of Taken Photograph Should be Printed on Photograph.
  • Online Form will be Rejected if Date on Phonograph are Not Printed.
  • Image Size should be 20 KB to 50 KB (Dimension : 3.5CM X 4.5CM)

  • SSC Stenographer Recruitment Online Form will be available from 10/10/2020 to 04/11/2020.
  • Candidates who have not passed Intermediate (10+2) Examination as on 01/08/2020 are not eligible to apply for this Post.
  • The Minimum Qualifying Marks in the Computer Based Examination is 30% for UR, 25% for OBC/EWS and 20% for SC / ST / PWD / ESM Candidates.
  • Category Wise Candidates will be Shortlisted for Skill Test on the basis of Online Examination.
  • Selection of Candidates will be Made on the Basis of Marks Obtained in Online Examination.
  • Skill Test is Mandatory but qualifying in Nature.
  • Selected Candidates for the Job are liable to Serve anywhere in India.
  • Candidates are required to Submit Only One Online Application. In case of Submitting More than One, The All Application will be Canceled if it is Detected.
