Manager (Risk) :- Graduate Degree / Master’s Degree in Statistics / Math / Economics OR MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CFA / PGPBF with 60% Marks with 1 Year Post Qualification Experience.

 

Manager (Credit) :- Master of Business Administration (MBA) / CA / ICWA OR PG Diploma (Finance) OR PG Degree /  Diploma with 60% Marks with one Year Post Qualification Experience.

 

Manager (Treasury) :- MBA in Finance OR CA / ICWA / CFA / CAIIB / Diploma in Treasury Management / PGPBF with 60% Marks with 1 Year Experience.

 

Manager (Law) :- Graduation with Degree in Law OR Law Graduate Degree with 60% Marks with Minimum 2 Years Experience.

 

Manager (Architect) :- Graduate Degree in Architecture with 60% Marks. Must Have a Valid Registration of Council of Architecture. Knowledge of CAD. One year Experience.

 

Manager (Civil) :- Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with 60% Marks with One Year Experience.

 

Manager (Human Resource) :- 2 Years PG Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management / HR / HRM / HRD / Industrial Relation with 60% Marks. 2 Years Experience.

 

Manager (Economic) :- PG Degree in Economics with 60% Marks and 2 Years Experience.

 

Senior Manager (Risk) :- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Statistics / Math / Economics OR MBA (Finance) / FRM / PRM / DTIRM / CA / ICWA / CFA / PGPBF with 60% Marks.

 

Senior Management (Credit) :-  MBA / ICWA / CA OR PGDM (Finance) OR PG Degree / Diploma with 60% Marks. 3 Years Post Qualification Experience.

Selection Process / Exam Pattern / Exam Syllabus :- Online Examination and/or Interview will be Conducted for Selection of Eligible Candidates on the post. Candidates who Successfully Qualify in Online Test will be Called for Interview. The Online Test Carries 200 Marks Consisting of 200 Multiple Choice Questions. Duration of this Test is 120 Minutes. The Also Carries Negative Marking, 0.25 Marks will be Deducted as Penalty for One Wrong Answer.
